Terms & Conditions1. Minimum age for gaming is 10 years.
2. Every ZLVR free roam game can accommodate up-to 08 players per session, hence other players maybe present during the session. In-order to exclusively book the arena for a particular session all the 08 slots have to be purchased.
3. No refund or rescheduling will be provided in-case a player decides to quit a ZLVR session/ Gaming Pass/ Gaming Package after it has started.
4. Gaming Card once sold is non-refundable.
5. Gaming card recharge is not valid on F&B.
6. Cancellation of Gaming Pass/ Gaming Package/ Party once booked is not permitted and booking amount of Gaming Pass/ Gaming Package/ Party is non-refundable. Rescheduling of a gaming session/event/gaming pass can be done within a 30-day period free of charge, provided the requested slot/day is free.
7. In the event that a Player has made an advance payment for a gaming session and the Player’s entry at the Microgravity premises or use of any Microgravity product at such premises is restricted due to unexpected closure of the premises or technical issues in the Microgravity product, Microgravity Ventures Private Limited shall initiate a full refund to the Players Gaming Card. However, if the Microgravity premises is shut down pursuant to a Force Majeure Event, Microgravity Ventures Private Limited shall not be liable to provide a refund of the ticket/session amount.
8. Outside Food & Beverage is not allowed.
9. Party Poppers are not allowed.
10. Pets are not allowed.
11. Birthday or Party decorations if required will be done by the customer.
12. Firearms are not allowed inside the premises.
13. For exclusive booking of the Gaming Hub kindly contact the store team.
14. Smoking, Vaping, Narcotics, and Alcohol consumption are not allowed inside the store premises.
15. Kindly ensure children are not left unattended.
16. Parent/Guardian is required to sign the Consent & Waiver Form on the day of the event before the start of gameplay.
17. Food & Beverage is not allowed in the Gaming area except Golf.
18. Bookings will be confirmed only after the advance payment is received.
